Pilates Instructor Certifications

100-Hour Mat Pilates Certification

Our 100-Hour Mat Pilates Certification is an immersive teacher training designed to build confident, knowledgeable, and highly capable instructors.

The certification includes four in-person training weekends, with the remaining hours completed independently through personal practice, observation, class participation, and teaching experience.

The 100 hours include 40 hours of training in your own body, 20 hours of observation, 10 hours of taking classes, and 30 hours of teaching another person.

Throughout the certification, you will move through the original Mat Pilates exercise repertoire, breaking down each exercise with a focus on anatomy, biomechanics, intention, and modifications. You will learn how to create accessible entry points for different bodies while developing the skills to observe, adapt, and teach the person in front of you.

To successfully complete the certification, participants are required to pass a multiple-choice and written exam and perform a 50-minute full-body Mat Pilates class with three students.

Learn the work. Practice the work. Understand the body. Teach with purpose.

200-Hour Reformer Pilates Certification

Our 200-Hour Reformer Pilates Certification is an immersive, comprehensive teacher training designed to develop confident, precise, and highly capable Reformer instructors.

The 200 hours include 70 hours of training in your own body, 70 hours of observation, 20 hours of taking classes, and 40 hours of teaching an individual.

Throughout the certification, you will study both classical and contemporary Pilates styles, building a strong foundation in the traditional Reformer repertoire while learning how the method has evolved through modern movement science and application.

Exercises are broken down through anatomy, biomechanics, breath, movement intention, and practical application. You will learn modifications and entry points for different bodies while developing essential skills in observation, cueing, programming, and teaching.

This certification is about more than memorizing exercises or choreography. It is about understanding the equipment, recognizing movement patterns, and learning to adapt the work to the individual body in front of you.

To successfully complete the certification, participants are required to pass a multiple-choice and written exam and confidently perform and teach a 50-minute, full-body Pilates Reformer class with three students.

Honor the method. Understand the mechanics. See the body. Teach with precision.
