Intro to the Reformer
Every practice has a beginning. Intro to the Reformer in our cozy Speakeasy studio teaches Pilates fundamentals, alignment, and technique in a welcoming small-group setting. Build the foundation for every class that follows.

A foundational Reformer class rooted in Classical Pilates with thoughtful modern modifications. The consistent sequence builds familiarity, deeper focus, and progress you can feel. A natural next step after Intro to Reformer or a grounding return to the practice.

SO CONTROLLED
Pilates is a system — not just one apparatus. This class combines mat, reformer, and chair work to build control, strength, balance, and breath the way Joseph Pilates intended. Three apparatuses, one complete practice.

SO PILATES METHOD
Inspired by Joseph Pilates and shaped by Sara Ortlip, this class blends Classical sequences, Contemporary flows, props, and precision-focused work. No two classes are the same, but every class is rooted in the Pilates Principles. Come prepared to work.

Pilates on the reformer — with power. This class combines high-rep reformer work with kettlebell training to build strength, control, performance, and bone density. Led by Sara Ortlip, Pilates instructor and StrongFirst Kettlebell Coach, come prepared to work harder.

Low-impact. High output. This jumpboard reformer class, developed by Sara Ortlip, delivers cardio-driven Pilates designed to tone, sculpt, sweat, and burn. Best for intermediate to advanced practitioners — come prepared to sweat.

Rise. Breathe. Flow. This sunrise reformer class blends Pilates with vinyasa and yin-inspired movement to open, restore, and reconnect mind and body. Slow down, tune in, and reset for the day ahead.

Slow down, tune in, let go. SO ALIGNED blends somatic movement and myofascial release to reduce tension and restore balance in the body. Come as you are and leave realigned.

SOmatic FLOW is a sensory, mind-body practice using movement, dance, tapping, and EFT to release tension and reset patterns. Move freely, tap into the energy of the room, and let go of what no longer serves you. Leave grounded, centered, and electric.
